Brother’s global A4 printer range has won the coveted Buyers Lab 2025 Line of the Year Award, underlining the powerful technology available to Managed Print Services (MPS) customers.
The award is given by leading market research firm Keypoint Intelligence to the hardware lineup deemed best overall based on exhaustive lab testing and detailed market research.
“Brother’s commitment to delivering high-performance A4 devices is evident across its broad range,” said Rachel Dean, Technical Editor in Keypoint Intelligence’s Workplace Group.
“These award-winning Brother devices boast a user-friendly design as well as productivity-enhancing features. Standout performance such as fast first-page-out times and strong job stream speeds that maintain optimum performance in mixed-output environments speak to the devices’ versatility.
“From the printers with their compact footprint to the scalable enterprise-level MFPs, Brother has shown once again that it’s staying on top of today’s demands.”
Brother has also won several BLI Pick Awards in the A4 category. These awards highlight the exceptional performance of these devices during Keypoint Intelligence's rigorous lab testing, with three New Zealand models being recognised for their excellence:
- Brother HL-L5210DN
- Brother HL-L6415DW
- Brother MFC-L5710DN
“Keypoint Intelligence has long been recognised for its independent testing, research, and analysis within the digital imaging industry,” said Brother International Senior Director, Product Marketing, Business Machines Group, Fernando Maroniene. “As a company that prides itself on the quality of its products and services, we’re proud to be recognized by such a trusted source.”
Brother’s award comes on the back of Konica Minolta winning five Buyers Lab Awards of its own in January, including the prestigious 2025 A3 Line of the Year Award.
For New Zealand MPS customers, this means having the ability to customise printer fleets from two global award-winning brands.
“As an authorised distributor for Konica Minolta in New Zealand, Brother can supply our own market-leading A4 range of printers, together with high performing Konica Minolta A3 multi-function devices. Customers get the best of both worlds in a personalised fleet based on their needs, and these awards reinforce just how much of an advantage that is,” said Brother New Zealand managing director, Warwick Beban.
