To qualify for a training session with one of Brother’s specialist sewing dealers, you must have purchased a Brother sewing machine from an approved Brother dealer. Call 0800 432 744 and you will be automatically redirected through to your nearest specialist dealer. Please be aware that your closest dealer may be some distance away. When you contact the dealer, please arrange the half an hour training at a time to suit you both. You will need to retain your receipt and present it to the specialist dealer for verification before the training can commence. You must redeem your training within 12 months of purchase.
